Swipe, a California based manufacturer, has come with a new dual SIM tablet dubbed as Swipe Halo value tab. It looks pretty attractive tablet and also supports 2G voice calling. It will give tough competition to other low priced tablets which are available in the market. But keep in mind that it supports only 2G on both the SIM cards.

It comes along with a 1.5 GHz single core processor under the hood. It has got dimensions of 197 x 124 x 10.9 mm and weighs about 335 grams. The weight is too much in comparison to other tablets. This tablet runs on Android v4.1 Jellybean platform.

The display is the most popular size of 7 inches with 5 point TFT LCD multi-touch capacitive touch-screen. The resolution is 800 x 480 pixels. This tab comes pre-loaded with G sensor and proximity sensor.

The interesting feature is that it will support face unlock, which means you will be able to unlock the tablet by facial detection system. The tablet is powered by 3600 mAh battery which is enough to provide a good back up time since it is only 2G tablet. However, battery will drain down quickly if you are using Wi-Fi tethering.
The in-built memory of the tablet is 4 GB along with 512 MB of RAM. You may expand it further through micro SD card slot up to maximum of 32 GB.

Swipe Halo value tab will be soon made available through the official site of Swipe and other online stores for 6,999 INR. Since it is low budget tablet, and also with dual SIM, so it will have to face tough competition in the market due to the huge number of available tablets.
